I believe that the nutrients and foods we eat (or don’t eat) have a great impact on our overall wellbeing, as well as our emotions and ability to think clearly. This value has led me to many hours of study and training to better understand the relationship around food, our digestive system, nutrients we need, our brain function and our emotions.
How we care for our bodies with food, exercise and sleep can have a much greater impact than many people realize. If your body doesn’t have what it needs to function correctly, it will be difficult to achieve your goals. We will consider any changes you may want to make and I will support you in these changes.
